Ms. Martell founded Martell Consulting in 2018 after spending 20 years in corporate management roles.   Since starting the business, she and now her team of 5 consultants have worked with over 500 entrepreneurs on their business plans, new product introductions, and pitch decks. 

Ms. Martell has worked in a variety of industies including technology, aerospace, biomedical, and general manufacturing.  She has held roles in General Management, Product Line Management, Operations, Supply Chain and Mergers & Acquisitions. 

She earned her MBA from University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business in 2007 after completing her BA in Economics from California State University, Long Beach.
